Wonderful experience. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Thoughtful touches in the room. Really appreciate glass and china instead of tacky plastic. So very clean. Everything is within walking distance. Only downside there is an area in the parking lot painted as handicap parking but it is not. This really needs to be painted over please. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.
We had a great stay at Motel Bel-Eau. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The location is quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. The management is very strict about their non-smoking policy, so there was no old smoke smell in the rooms, which was wonderful. There is a fresh coffee pot available near the reception with paper cups. There are a few restaurants and cafes close by, as well as a grocery store. The staff was super helpful, We were delayed on our way and realized we would be arriving late at night. When we called, the manager was very helpful, checked us in over the phone, and texted detailed instructions on how to get into our rooms after hours.
Had a great experience with my family! Stayed one night after visiting Omega Park and we were pleasantly impressed with our stay. The place is very clean and quiet, service was excellent! We’ll definitely coming back again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful by phone and in person. The room was large and comfortable for a family traveling with two children. It was so convenient to have a fridge and microwave in the room. I would recommend this location to others staying in the area.

We had a great stay here, traveling through for one night, price great, cleanliness great, quiet even though on Main Street, very comfortable bed, room had everything you need for a longer visit, kitchenette well stocked with larger fridge, freezer. Definitely recommend it for longer stays or a short stay over….thanks! Close to restaurants for both dinner and breakfast, cute little shops along the Main Street!
Great location, very close to Ottawa river, mountain biking as well as Parc Omega. Even though the property is dated, it is super clean and very friendly staff. Very quiet and serene environment. Will stay again !
